Julia Valler Event Staffing is a high-end event staffing company. The company was founded in 2013 and is located in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. We are looking for a Remote HR Manager to join our team. This position requires managing the staff hiring process in the USA on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for someone with excellent English, who is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, has great communication skills, and has experience in the hiring process.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Conduct phone and video interviews, manage the onboarding process
- Conduct employee orientation, development, and training for employees
- Guide, direct, and motivate event staff, provide guidance and direction, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
- Update staff profile inside special software
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent English is a must (you will be interviewing native English speakers)
- Previous experience working as a hiring manager
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Experience working remotely
- Positive attitude, “yes” type of person, willing to learn, and patient
- Quality access to the Internet
- High-quality headphone set
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and organized
- Computer savvy
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted organization
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Work hours: 40 working hours per week, 9 am - 5:30 pm EST. Please note, you will be working in the Eastern Time zone;
**Salary**: $800 per month + up to $500 commission a month. Payments are distributed weekly through PayPal.
