An international company based in Bali that offers ecological alternatives to everyday products is looking for a Sales Manager.

The company’s mission is to satisfy the human needs of the 21st century without sacrificing
modern-day comfort, by providing high-quality sustainable alternatives to
day-to-day products.

You are offered a completely remote collaboration with the ability to work from anywhere in the world.

**Your tasks**:

- Represent company and identify how its solutions meet needs
- Implement sales strategies and tactics
- Conduct extensive market research, generate leads, and build relationships
- Scope competitors
- Develop and implement an action plan through comprehensive data analysis
- Optimize sales pitch to different markets
- Create a database of existing and potential clients
- Collaborate closely with key accounts

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of sales experience
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Experience working with an international team
- Self motivated
- Aligned with the company’s mission
- German C1+
- English B2+

**Will be a plus**:

- Experience with international sales and import or export
