**Your role at RBI**:

- Take over responsibility for the accurate calculation of the actual capital ratios for RBI Group in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Prepare comprehensive capital presentations for top level management and investors of RBI Group, providing insightful and transparent information on relevant drivers for the capital ratios.
- Coordinate ad-hoc requests from multiple internal and external stakeholders concerning RBI Group's statutory reporting, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Analyse regulatory and legal changes and their potential implications, effectively assessing their impact on RBI's own funds calculation and offering appropriate recommendations for implementation.
- Enhance the data process for the capital ratio calculation and proactively identify necessary adjustments to the IT systems to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate within a cohesive team on specialized initiatives, fostering a strong synergy between financial expertise and IT proficiency.

***Your core competencies**:

- Degree in business administration or an equivalent educational background.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience within the banking industry, having knowledge in accounting and risk management as well as respective data processes.
- Knowledge in banking regulations, including CRR, CRD, EBA policies and BWG.
- Understanding of IFRS and UGB regulations for banks and their impact on regulatory reporting.
- Experienced user of MS Office and understanding of SQL.
- Strong self-motivation and the capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills
