**Your role at RCM**:

- Providing customer service by professionally answering inquiries and proactively informing clients on important updates
- Assisting sales colleagues in their daily tasks including preparation of client presentations
- Support in coordination of fairs, webinars, roadshows, and other client events
- Cooperation with cross-functional teams

***Your core competencies**:

- Professional skills and financial market knowledge obtained through advanced education (Bachelor or similar education) combined with first practical experience
- Customer orientation as well as solution-oriented acting
- Sound English language skills (business proficiency)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Power Point and Excel)
- Team player enjoying working with internal and external stakeholders
