With a constantly growing number of customers around the world and an ambition to improve shared mobility globally and scale out our reach, we are looking for another Client Success Manager to join our team.

Tasks
- Be the main point of contact between Ubiq and our international customers in the shared and future mobility field
- Professional account planning, controlling, feedback & reporting
- Gather product/service requirements from clients and coordinate the implementation with Product Owner to ensure constant product and service improvements
- Oversee the delivery of product & services to our clients
- Work closely with our team of Community Managers and User Acquisition expert to steer the business
- Establish internal processes to deliver consistently high performance
- Provide excellent ongoing customer support throughout the product life cycle
- Manage the overall client relationship and the contact to all involved stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (preferably 3+ years) as Account Manager, Client Success Manager or in a similar role, e.g. customer-facing Project Manager ideally with a track record of working with quantifiable objectives
- Strong communication & relationship skills
- Work experience in the Technology B2B or SaaS environment is a plus
- Fluency in English is a requirement; German language skills are an advantage but not essential
- Interest in technology, mobility & innovation
- Excellent business customer orientation
- Open & detail-oriented personality
- Hands-on and “getting things done” approach
- Austria/ EU work permit required
