Talk is a successful online market research company and offers comprehensive services in terms of online surveys and the collection of behavioural data to international clients. We currently run online panels in 25 European countries and work closely together across borders. As part of the Tito & Friends Group, we combine market research with the latest technologies to provide our clients insights into complex topics. That's why we are looking for new team members and are now offering a challenging specialist position as: 1 (Junior) Project Manager / Client Success Manager (m/w/x) for exciting market research projectsYOUR ROLE: - You love to actively manage and successfully implement projects from planning to the final presentation
- As the first contact person for our national and international clients, you take care of the individual support and provide a good customer experience - With your ability to focus on the essentials, you check incoming project inquiries according to their feasibility and then prepare customised offers and detailed project plans
- During the entire project phase, you like to pull the strings and actively manage project controlling and communication with the clients
- In the core phase, you will send out online survey invitations in the Talk Research community and actively drive the progress of the surveys
- You enjoy working in an IT passionate environment and establishing new trends with your innovative ideasYOUR PROFILE: - You strive to improve your project management skills in exciting market research projects
- You are strongly motivated to expand your (first) relevant experience in market research that you have gained in your previous job or within your education
- You impress us with your profound understanding of our client's needs and your talent for building and maintaining sustainable client relationships
- You communicate confidently and target-oriented in English
- As a born team player, you inspire our team with your know-how and contribute with your personal opinion
