We are currently seeking a **JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER** (M/F/d) in the field of hydropower at our location in **Vienna** for Synchronous Condenser Projects.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in the energy or construction sector
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Asana, Trello)
- Familiarity with Synchronous Condensers and grid stability technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing risks
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Proficiency in German and English to effectively communicate with international stakeholders Additional foreign language skills (e.g., French, Spanish, Chinese) are an advantage**YOUR TASKS**

As a Junior Project Manager for Synchronous Condenser Projects, you will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects focused on supplying and implementing Synchronous Condensers to improve the stability and reliability of the electrical grid. You will work closely with senior project managers and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will involve coordinating tasks, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders. Additionally, you must be able to represent the senior project manager in meetings and communications when necessary.
- Assist in the development of project plans and schedules for Synchronous Condenser initiatives
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor project progress and report on status, highlighting key milestones and potential issues
- Identify and resolve issues and risks related to Synchronous Condenser supply and implementation
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Represent the senior project manager in meetings and communications as needed
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Support senior project managers in various tasks as needed, including technical assessments and regulatory compliance
- Willingness to travel internationally to oversee project implementation and meet with global stakeholders
- Commercial understanding to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure financial viability of project

We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross € 3.251,09 per month. However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case.
