**What would be your major** responsibilities**?**
- Generate creative work with strong concepts in response to briefs.
- Provide digital and print support for marketing campaigns.
- Execute brand-driven projects taking into consideration volume and incremental quality of design.
- Take ownership of your work and responsibility for every last detail and step.
- Excellent time management and workload prioritization to meet project deadlines.

**Is this you?**
- You will be heavily involved in providing world-class design across a variety of projects ranging from design and layout for digital, print and motion and exploring and conceptualising creative solutions to briefs for all our brands
- Academic degree in Design, Graphic Design, **Marketing, Digital Marketing / Design** or equivalent education
- 3+ years related experience in a creative agency, in-house design team or design studio
- Relevant experience in FinTech, Games, iGaming and/or Payment industry is beneficial
- Proven digital and print experience and ability to bring your concepts to life across a wide range of projects (websites, digital ads, social, motion and marketing collateral)
- Strong attention to detail & highly organised and a pro-active approach
- Solid understanding of brand & creative processes
- Collaborate with other designers & stakeholders to support all brand creative
- Confident in responding to briefs with original & creative ideas
- Detailed understanding of end-to-end digital & print delivery process
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organised, creative problem solver & team player
- Ability to plan, work and manage your own time & deliverables with a high degree of autonomy
- Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly explain & substantiate your designs
- Highly skilled in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent knowledge of Figma
- Some experience in After Effects is desirable
- Experience working with motion graphics & understanding of video + After Effects
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative & dedication to quality
- Self-motivation & self-reliance
- Adaptable, flexible, and willingness to embrace change
- Curious & up for a challenge
- Personal interest in** Gaming / Gambling / Online Entertainment** is appreciated
- **Full proficiency in English**, additional language skills advantageous (i.e. Spanish, German)
