We are one of the leading community trading platforms and were able to land a 7-digit investment for TradersYard in July 2023. With this capital, we are now starting our marketing offensive and are currently looking for a Head of Marketing in Vienna. (Senior, Full-time)

As Head of Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind our mission to attract and convince true professionals and smart traders who are looking for a platform that meets all their needs. We need you to turn our vision into reality through creative marketing strategies designed to capture and capture the attention of aspiring and experienced traders from around the world.
Aufgaben
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain users.
- Creating and monitoring full-funnel campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Native Ads and co.)
- Collaborate with influencers to increase brand reach and engagement
- Ad-hoc support in the implementation of influencer marketing campaigns
- Leverage data analytics to analyze and evaluate competitors, audiences, and performance campaigns
- Ensure marketing efforts are consistent with core values and brand identity
- Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing messages
- Tracking & reporting of KPIs
Qualifikation
- Interest and knowledge of financial markets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus on marketing, business administration, finance, or a related field
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a focus on performance marketing or influencer marketing - preferably in the financial/trading industry.
- Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns that have produced measurable results and achieved KPIs.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, social media and affiliate marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and experience identifying and working with influencers and thought leaders in the field.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and influencer marketing platforms with the ability to provide insights specific to the finance/trading industry.
- Excellent knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM).
- Solution-oriented approach and proactivity
- Excellent knowledge of German (C2) and English (C1)

For this position an annual gross salary of EUR 60.000 - 75.000€ is foreseen depending on your qualification. Variable bonus payments upon achievement of jointly developed KPIs offer another very attractive additional earning opportunity.
