**Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich**
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von jährlichen Produktstrategien & die Vorstellung von Großkunden abgestimmt mit globalen Strategien und dem österreichischen Markt
- Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung einer robusten Strategie und Business Plan, welches zu der Erhöhung der Kategorieidentität, Bewusstsein und erhöhter Gewinnbeitrag der Produktverkäufe führt.
- Verbesserung der Kundenbedürfnisse und das Verwalten von Produktlebensdauer
- nahe Zusammenarbeit mit der Marteking und Sales Abeilung und unseren Kunden
- Vorbereitung von regelmäßigen Performance Reviews, Leistungsvergleich und Marktforschung von der Konkurrenz, Wartung und Berichterstattung über Preise und Trends

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Sales Management in Home Appliances (MDA) oder in Consumer Electronics (TV)
- Erfahrungen in großen und komplexen Organisationen
- Reisebereitschaft mit einem globalen Team
- Nachgewiesene Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit das Sales Team zu leiten
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
- Belastbarkeit/gutes Stressmanagement

**Benefits**
Das kollektivvertragliche monatliche Mindestentgelt beträgt EUR 2.508;
