We’re searching for a proven **SDR Manager** who can demonstrate success in leading high-performing technology/SaaS sales teams. You will be joining a global tech business in **Vienna** and will speak **expert German and English**.
- 4,200 € - 4,800 € per month (8,900 € OTE per month)
- 60,000 € - 68,000 € per annum (124,700 € OTE per annum)
- **Vienna**Office - **Hybrid Working** (3 days in the office)
- **Fluent German & English Speaking is essential**:

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**: Recruit, onboard and train new hires, enabling them to achieve their performance quota.
- **Leadership & Mentorship**: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SDRs, providing continuous support to ensure their ongoing development towards Account Executive level.
- **Pipeline Growth**: Leverage your sales expertise and develop promotions/incentives to drive pipeline/opportunity generation results within the team.
- **Team Metric Analysis & Reporting**: Regularly analyse SDR team performance, identifying areas for training and improvement, and implement 1-1 professional development plans.
- **Forecasting**: Analyse and forecast in order to provide timely and accurate forecasts for the executive management team.
- Work collaboratively with the wider business and promote/encourage a supportive team culture.
**Skills & Experience**:
- **Fluent German & English speaking is essential.**:
- **Proven Leadership Experience**: A passionate leader with a minimum of 1 years' sales management experience, with an ability to coach team members enhance productivity and meet/exceed targets.
- **Sales Expertise**: 2-3 years' demonstrable success in a quota carryingrole, within a cold sales environment.
- **Relationship-Building Skills**: Strong interpersonal abilities to build and nurture relationships across diverse regions and cultures.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Experience in creating and executing sales strategies to generate opportunities through an existing base
- Proficient with **Salesforce, Microsoft Suite** and preferably **Outreach**or similar.
- Previous **experience within technology/SaaS**is highly desired.
- Excellent commercial and business acumen.
