OVERVIEW

As our Sales & Business Development Manager (M/F/d) in Vienna, you will be responsible for managing and leading a motivated, high-performing team of sales development representatives (SDRs) to drive our growth, expand the customer base and strengthen our position as the market leader in our European markets. Your role is vital in creating a strong sales pipeline and establishing a bridge between marketing and sales.

FULL-TIME (35h/week, every second Friday off)

YOUR TASKS
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to achieve individual and team targets, including lead generation, appointment setting, and outbound prospecting
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to align on strategies, optimize lead qualification processes, provide feedback on lead quality, and coordinate marketing campaigns with the sales team and ensure smooth handoffs between teams
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and pipeline progression, to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Conduct regular coaching, performance evaluations, skill development training, and provide motivational efforts to enhance sales abilities, exceed targets, and cultivate a high-performance culture
- Manage the implementation and utilization of sales development tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity

YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in sales development or inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to lead by example and guide a sales team with exceptional and effective communication skills, and by demonstrating strong sales techniques
- Extensive track record of effective cold calling techniques
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and metrics to drive data-based decision-making
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring effective prioritization and time management
- Fluency in German and excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
- You're the ultimate team player - when it comes to challenges, you never back down with your "never give up" mentality
