**Senior Business Analysis & Delivery Lead (f/m/x)**:

**Your mission at RBI**:

- Engage with the business to deeply understand customers’ needs and translate these insights into requirements that enhance product offerings and customer experience.
- Work in close collaboration with software and test engineers to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented into high-quality product features.
- Oversee the entire product delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and organizational goals, while managing timelines, resources, and project risks.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional team to facilitate seamless product delivery and define team objectives together with Tribe Lead and Business Area Owners.
- Act as the primary contact for product updates, status reports, and resolution of issues, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end loan orchestration process in RBI, supporting the design of test cases, the definition of acceptance criteria, and overseeing the UAT process.
- Maintain the highest quality standards for all project documentation and ensure clear communication of project progress to all stakeholders.

***Your core competencies**:

- Demonstrable working experience in business analysis or requirements engineering within the financial or banking sector
- Experience in delivery management, capable of overseeing multiple business needs and ensuring successful IT delivery
- Leadership skills to guide and inspire all team members and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Experience in Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving project requirements
- Sound English skills to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders and management
