Your mission
- Ensure exceptional service delivery is provided to the stakeholders. Build and develop a strong team in all aspects of S2C, which is highly motivated and engaged
- Facilitate and coordinate appropriate and effective communication between the team, the category managers, and lead buyers
- Monitor and take action to ensure all requirements are met across the organization, such as KPIs and SLAs
- Take ownership of processes and tools in the areas of Source-to-Contract S2C as a Business Process Owner (BPO)
- Focus on continuous improvements within the team and drive further change management within the organization to ensure the execution of standard processes
- Work on process design, initiation and improvement in conjunction with key stakeholders
- Prepare and execute the long-term team’s development strategy

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of controlling and finance
- Customer service focus and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Professional experience in dealing with data and analytics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including strong presentation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, or similar.
- English Language
- Willingness to travel up to 10 % (if necessary)

**Offer**:

- Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Location: Group office Vienna - Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 75,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
