Sales Training & Capabilities Manager-Alps (Austria/Switzerland) Region

Are you interested? Join our team in Austria or Switzerland as a Sales Training & Capabilities Manager (Contractor Position). Reporting to the Associate Director Sales Training & Capabilities Germany Hub, you will play a key role in driving the development of our sales organization and delivering on our purpose of making life better for people in Austria, Switzerland, and Germany (ASG).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with brand teams, sales managers, and BU directors to assess short, medium, and long-term sales training needs across the Alps region (Austria and Switzerland).
- Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions to support the selling capabilities strategy and priorities across the Alps.
- Own and lead content builds (modules and workshops) for product launches and capabilities development (e.g., Value Based Selling (VBS) capabilities, portfolio selling capabilities, account management, account entry and progressive engagement, Everyday Integrity, and other selling capabilities).
- Build, share, and measure agreed outcome metrics for core initiatives.
- Translate and convey abstract, strategic and/or complex concepts and content into relevant and sales-related statements and materials.
- Coach sales professionals, and support sales organizations through introduction of innovative solutions, future/technical competencies, and new business areas.
- Demonstrate commitment to Team Lilly & Augenhöhekultur in the context of transformation and training.
- Strong academic background
- Sales and/or sales training experience with a track record of success and high accomplishment; sales leadership experience is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of strategic sales content and tools (e.g., VBS, Strategic Account and Territory Management, Veeva, etc.)
- Strong sales and market knowledge across Lilly’s therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical/health policy
- Training experience with modern training methods (activated learning, blended learning, virtual learning) is an advantage
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong coaching skills; coaching certification is an advantage
- Confidence giving and receiving feedback
- Collaborative, inclusive mindset, ability to share and improve business practices
- Learning-oriented, innovative, and technology-savvy
- Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills; ability to prioritize and support multiple priorities
- Fluent in English, French and German; Swiss German is an advantage
