**Position Summary**
As a Sales Representative you will assist the BMW Dealer Network to improve Accessory sales performance through the coaching of dealer champions in opportunity identification, sales process, product presentation and best practice implementation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides coaching and training to dealer accessory champions
- Produces agreed dealer action plans, and ensures implementation
- Develops the process of selling accessories in all dealer departments
- Identifies product and campaign opportunities
- Delivers product training where required
- Ensures product presentation is in accordance with standards and guidelines
- Implements sales training
- Works with dealers in a proactive approach, to develop new ideas and or incentives.
- Provides timely and accurate reports
- Creates best practice process and adoption
**Experience, Skills and Key Competencies**
- At least 2 years of experience within dealer sales, aftersales or merchandising
- Proven knowledge of the automotive industry to include extensive knowledge of Parts and Accessories (including promotion in the Retail environment)
- Prior experience in the aftersales process implementation
- Demonstrable expertise of one-to-one sales coaching
- Strong analytical skills with good understanding of business Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data
- Ability to effectively carry out on-site visit analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of customers and internal teams (In English and German)
- Effective and efficient diary management
- Frequent travel to visit dealers is required for this role
