**HOP LUN**, a company in lifestyle intimates brand of lingerie, swimwear and loungewear with headquarters in Hong Kong, is looking for Sales Representative in

Austria (Wien).

**Job Title**

Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
**CUSTOMER FOCUS (Account management)**
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Delivering sales presentations to buyers
- Maintaining and expanding the relationships with existing clients
- Attending client meetings
- Weekly monitoring of customer’s website & sell through ensuring healthy stock levels against the commitment
- Ensuring DORINA’s photography is well displayed on customers websites
- Achieving sales targets
**PROSPECTING**
- Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
- Exploring new distribution channels and potential scalable customers
**ORDER PROCESSING**
- Managing replenishment business
- Processing replen & fashion orders
- Liaising with the China processing team ensuring orders are correctly processed.
- Negotiate the best delivery dates
- Managing shortages and communicating them with the customers
- Managing the order confirmation process for client and the internal purpose
**SALES ADMIN FOLLOW UP - Completing administrative work when required**

**such as**:

- Managing the receipt of customer’s POs within given deadlines
- Verify the POs against buyer’s buy sheet
- Manage the PO amendments when necessary
- Provide the CHINA order team with the final and confirmed PO
- Manage customer gold seal approvals
**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years professional experience in Sales,
- Relevant Bachelor Education
- Preferably experienced in CRM tools;
- Proactive, driven and involved
- Ability to build relationships and have the right negotiation and advising skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of budgets and cost control
- Languages: German and English is required; knowledge of other languages may be beneficial.
