**How You’ll Make Your Mark**
- Your main tasks in this role are:
- Be an integral part of our **European Produce Import Hub** project
- You'll shape the **future supply chain** for **fruit and vegetables** across all ALDI SÜD countries in Europe
- **Develop** and **harmonize processes** for an efficient fruit and vegetable supply chain
- **Analyze current processes and data** to define optimal supply chain strategies
- **Establish best-practice operational standards** to streamline sourcing and logistics
- Drive **continuous improvement **of operational processes for fresh produce
- **Collaborate** closely with an international team, suppliers, logistics providers, and country organizations
- The requirements of the role include:
- A completed university degree, ideally in agricultural sciences, food technology, or supply chain management
- Hands-on experience in fruit and vegetable sourcing, ordering, and/or forecasting
- Expertise in handling and processing fresh produce, such as ripening and quality assurance—preferably within the retail sector
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex data
- Several years of relevant professional experience in supply chain operations
- A proactive, can-do attitude, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments
- A structured, reliable, and results-driven approach to work
- Fluency in business English; additional European languages are a plus

**Remuneration**
- Gross annual salary starting from € 59.300*
