Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Senior Audit & Risk Management Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting internal audits of procedures and financial outflows (i.e. risk assessment, audit plan, scope of work, data analysis),
- Verifying internal procedures and standards for financial processes in order to increase efficiency, minimize risk and achieve compliance with internal and external standards,
- Creating new procedures, manuals and standards in cooperation with Compliance Officer & Finance Managers,
- Consolidating, unifying and coordinating process changes and communication across all Finance departments,
- Delivering added value to the company operations by reducing risk and improving efficiency of financial processes,
- Conducting due diligence of current and potential business partners,
- Acting as a consultant to the business to identify areas for improvement,
- Preparing risk assessment status reports to Management including recommendations for improved and enhanced controls.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of minimum 3 years in an audit, risk-management or financial accounting related role,
- Degree in finance, accounting or another business related area; or equivalent business experience,
- Individual hold of CPA, ACCA, CIA, CFE or CISA is an advantage,
- Forensic accounting, data analysis and interviewing skills is an advantage,
- Good communication skills and business understanding,
- Project management experience,
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must,
- Proven track record of successfully closed action plans (supporting management response to risk assessment and audit findings).
