We are seeking a highly motivated and learning-obsessed Content Specialist within the Tricentis Support Organization. Your main focus will be on tailoring high-quality content as well as documenting, implementing and maintaining our internal knowledge related processes. Capturing tacit knowledge to facilitate its reuse for an efficient internal and external knowledge transfer are complementing this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- play a significant role in the development of a successful and effective knowledge base
- focus on developing, auditing, and maintaining high quality content
- work closely with key stakeholders across the company to maintain consistency at a global scale and align the content strategy
- support the development and implementation of training on KM processes and tooling
- provide relevant coaching, training and support to champion a knowledge management culture and transfer tacit knowledge internally as well as externally

**Skills**:

- experience in knowledge management and technical writing with the ability of quickly grasping complex technical concepts
- strong analytical abilities and experience bringing innovative and ‘outside the box’ approaches to problem-solving
- enjoy working flexibly in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing motivation and positive attitude
- excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office product

Minimum annual gross salary from €40.000;
- is planned for this position. Willingness to overpay is given (based on qualification). In addition, a performance-related and attractive bonus is offered.
