**Specialist Digital Marketing and Projects f/m/d**:
We are currently seeking an experienced and user-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist joining our Central Marketing Team in our company's headquarter in Graz, Austria. The right person for this role has a deep understanding for digital portals, web management, user behavior analysis and works together with cross-functional teams to achieve project tasks. Moreover, you are practiced working in a fast-paced environment, closing web request and project tasks within the proposed time horizons, and delivering high quality outputs. Within the role, you will report functionally to our Head of Digital Marketing and will collaborate through projects and tasks with the Global Marketing Organization, IT, Business Development and Sales Departments.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's website and online portals
- Conduct content audits to identify and to close potential gaps or redundancies
- Manage and drive the translation process together with our local marketing organization and dedicated agencies
- Monitor and analyze digital platform performance, user interactions and feedback and deliver recommendations for improvements
- Support assigned implementation web projects tasks
- Continuously recommend ways to improve digital communication platforms considering customer and user experience
- Train CMS editors in writing and producing web content
- Monitor and facilitate quick resolution of portal issues/concerns
- Deliver proper documentation of project information, processes and guidelines
- Ensure clear and transparent communication, you foster an open, honest and timely feedback culture in the team and with your colleagues

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Academic degree in Digital Marketing, IT or equivalent study with strong technical understanding of digital ecosystems and interest in cutting edge technology developments
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in web management with a strong understanding of customer and user experience
- Great understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS), Marketing Automation and SEO
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to listen and understand the needs of our stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work with cross-discipline teams
- Act as team player, be self-accountable and solution-oriented with a positive hands-on mindset, entrepreneurial and agile spirit by accepting new challenging tasks
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), intermediate level in German

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €53,200.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
