As a _Service Owner for Linux and Container Platform _in the IaaS services team, you have full responsibility for business-critical backend services. You closely collaborate with internal business service owners and interface with external partners to ensure reliable and high-performing service delivery, whilst keeping an eye on upcoming demands and market developments.
**SERVICE OWNERSHIP**
As a Service Owner, you are end-to-end responsible for the delivery and development of a service. This includes technical development of the service according to the requirements of the stakeholders, market developments and technological innovation, ensuring reliable and performant service delivery in daily operations and reporting, controlling and steering of the service-specific KPIs.
**STAKEHOLDER & EXTERNAL PARTNER MANAGEMENT**
Collaboration with our partners is key. Consequently, you are tightly co-working with our external operations partners for new service offerings, operational improvements, and supporting transitions as well as aligning with Red Bull service owners, security architects, the digital security team, and other important internal and external stakeholders.
**BUDGET MANAGEMENT**
The service ownership comes with budgetary responsibility for their operational service as well as the consulting efforts for CSI and new implementations. The budget responsibility includes but is not limited to cost control, invoice processing as well as budget planning according to our company standards. As you are responsible for the budget you have the opportunity to optimize and ensure the budget is spent as sustainably and profitably for the company as possible.
**Qualifications**:
Solid experience in enterprise IT
Linux Server OS like SUSE, RHEL, Ubuntu
Solid experience in Enterprise backup solutions
Container orchestration (Kubernetes flavours like OpenShift or Rancher or Tanzu) & container technologies
Experience in core ITIL processes and methodologies
Your willingness to deep dive and learn new technologies, as well as An understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery
Management skills (like managing a small team) - is a plus
Knowing Linux SUSE Manager Configuration management solution - is a plus
Experience with IaC (like Ansible) - is a plus
Experience in project management with multiple stakeholders or departments - is a plus

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
