- und Prozessentwicklung, bis zur Überleitung der Produkte in eine Serienfertigung, für die Erreichung unserer Projektziele verantwortlich und berichten direkt an die Leitung des Project Management Office sowie periodisch an das Management Board.Ihre Aufgaben:

- Projektaufwandsabschätzung und Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung* Projektstrukturierung und -planung, Arbeitspaketdefinitionen* Leitung des Projektteams* Wahrung der technischen und kaufmännischen Projektziele* Ressourcenplanung und Projektcontrolling* Führen einer ordentlichen Projektdokumentation* Herbeiführen von Entscheidungen* Reporting an das Management* Zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden (OEM, Tier1)Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Technikstudium (vorzugsweise Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, techn. Physik od. techn. Produktmanagement)* Fundierte Projektmanagementkenntnisse* Erfahrung in der Automobilzulieferindustrie (APQP, VDA)* Erfahrung in der technischen Entwicklung vorteilhaft* Methodenkompetenz (Moderation, Konfliktmanagement, Risikomanagement)* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch
