Als Project Manager im Customer Center EMA2 übernehmen Sie im spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Umfeld der Automotive Industrie Verantwortung: Im ersten Jahr Ihres Engagements managen Sie Produktionstransfers von Motorlüfter
- und Fensterheberelektroniken für einen europäischen Tier1 Kunden von einem Vitesco-Werk in ein Continental-Werk mit Übergabe an die Continental Ersatzteilorganisation. So sind neben den Werken, Departments wie Manufacturing Planning, Qualität, Entwicklung, Logistik, Controlling und Vertrieb wichtige Stakeholder für Ihre Koordination und erfolgreiche Umsetzung. In weiterer Folge werden Sie im Rahmen der strategischen Kunden
- und Produkterweiterung unseres Customer Centers, nach Mitarbeit in der Akquisephase, Verantwortung für eben diese Produkte in der Projektphase übernehmen. Daher wird für diese Rolle eine Persönlichkeit gesucht, welche die Säulen der professionellen Projektarbeit als auch die Erarbeitung von Kundenbeziehungen überzeugend ausfüllen kann.
- Definition von Projektzielen (Finanz-, Termin
- und Qualitätsziele) und Erstellung eines Projektplans
- Planung und Koordination der Entwicklungstätigkeiten und des Projektteams
- Verfolgung des Projektfortschritts und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Planabweichungen
- Schnittstelle zum Kunden und den Produktionswerken (weltweit)
- Planung und Verfolgung des Projektbudgets
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der internen Prozessvorgaben und rechtlichen Vorschriften
