**DIE STELLE**

Wir suchen als Verstärkung für unsere onkologische Forschung einen Research Laboratory Scientist und suchen hierfür eine zuverlässige und lernfähige Persönlichkeit mit einer selbstständigen und teamorientierten Arbeitsweise. In der Abteilung für Medizinal Chemie besteht die einzigartige Möglichkeit, an der Synthese neuer Wirkstoffe innerhalb der Forschung mitzuwirken, welche das Leben von Krebspatienten verbessern werden. Diese Position ist zunächst auf 3 Jahre befristet, es besteht eine Option auf Verlängerung.

**Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**
- Synthese, Aufarbeitung und Aufreinigung von zellulär wirksamen Substanzen
- Eigenständige Optimierung und Durchführung mehrstufiger Synthesen unter Vorgabe eines Synthesekonzepts und allgemeiner Anleitung durch den Laborleiter
- Durchführung von Routineanalysen sowie Veranlassung strukturanalytischer Untersuchungen und Beurteilung der Ergebnisse
- Verfassen von elektronischen Laborjournalen sowie Dokumentieren der Erkenntnisse der Experimente
- Präsentation der Ergebnisse im Rahmen innerhalb von Seminaren und Weiterbildungen

**Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie (Bachelor, Master, FH) beziehungsweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant (HTL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der organischen Synthese ist von Vorteil, jedoch nicht Voraussetzung
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an präparativer organischer Chemie
- Grundlagenverständnis im Fachgebiet sowie technische Fähigkeiten
- Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz und zielorientierte Zusammenarbeit

Das Mindestgrundentgelt gemäß Einstufung nach Kollektivvertrag liegt für diese Position bei € 43.548,40 brutto pro Jahr (Vollzeit), wobei das tatsächliche Gehalt Ihre fachlichen und persönlichen Kompetenzen sowie Ihren beruflichen Vorerfahrungen berücksichtigt.
