We will be looking for you to support the development, planning & implementation of marketing and communication strategies across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland to meet our _registration_, _customer acquisition_,_ retention _& revenues targets. You will be assisting in the planning, launch and optimization of_ growth _marketing initiatives in the region, for both paid and owned media. You will also analyze the marketing performance for these campaigns and provide recommendations to drive _growth_. You will also proficiently collaborate with a_ media agency _making sure that each of the media_ channels _is delivering expected performance and optimization through Test & Learn and trial initiatives.
This role also requires strong technical knowledge of app marketing and activation, including_ mobile payment _methods, mobile product marketing, app channel tracking and app store optimization (ASO). You should also be familiar with the test and learn the methodology and will be responsible for ideation and initiatives to drive _growth_. Experience in onsite marketing content maintenance and optimization is also desirable. You should be able to influence internally to execute against team and enterprise goals. A self-starter approach is key and experience within international matrix organizations will be of value to the role. A native level of_ German _and fluency in English languages is essential for this role. Good knowledge of the Central Europe markets is needed.

We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 53,669 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
