**Job Summary**
We are seeking a talented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. This role involves creating engaging email content, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing email strategies to drive customer engagement and conversions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with our CRM manager to plan email marketing strategies, identifying target segments, defining campaign goals, and determining optimal frequency.
- Design, develop, and implement email marketing campaigns and automated email flows in all core languages, using various types of content (e.g., images, surveys, quizzes, etc.).
- Identify and effectively reach our target audience, setting up and scheduling personalized campaigns based on customer data, promoting our brand, and driving customer engagement and sales through email communication.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize and enhance engagement and conversion rates, and provide suggestions for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for email optimization by implementing and conducting A/B tests, and constantly work on improving our processes and customer reachability.
- Collaborate with our CRM manager and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, develop valuable email content tailored to our customer groups/markets, and align email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or in a marketing role.
- Experience with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to think creatively, develop engaging email content, including compelling subject lines and calls-to-action.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one of our core languages (German, French, Dutch, or Italian).
- Passion for the outdoors & nature, and/or the travel & tourism industry.
- Previous experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or customer segmentation based on SQL queries, would be a plus.
