ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with our CRM manager to develop email marketing strategies: pinpointing target segments, establishing campaign objectives, and determining optimal frequency.
  • Design, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns and automated email workflows in all our primary languages, utilizing various content types (e.g., images, surveys, quizzes, etc.).
  • Identify and effectively engage our target audience by setting up and scheduling personalized campaigns based on customer insights, promoting our brand and enhancing customer engagement and sales through email communication.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and improve engagement and conversion rates, while providing recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for email optimization through A/B testing, continually striving to enhance our processes and customer outreach.
  • Work collaboratively with our CRM manager and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, create valuable email content tailored to our customer segments, and align email marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related marketing role.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
  • Creative thinker with strong writing skills and the ability to craft engaging email content, including compelling subject lines and calls-to-action.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and ownership of projects, along with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • A true team player with a hands-on approach and openness to feedback.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one of our core languages (German, French, Dutch, or Italian).
  • Passionate about the outdoors & nature, and/or the travel & tourism sector.
  • Previous experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or customer segmentation using SQL queries is a plus.
