We are looking for committed and above all creative students to support us in the
**organization **and
**coordination **of
**projects **,
**processes **,
**events **,
**meetings **and
**workshops **at our Development Center in Graz.

**What you will do**:

- Preparation of **meetings **, **workshops **and related **administrative activities**:

- Tracking of **action items **, **MoM **(where appropriate) and **consolidation **of **inputs**:

- **Data collection **and **management **with **MS Excel **on an advanced level
- **Management **of **internal tools **and **platforms **for **information sharing **and **external **/ **internal **communication **materials **. (e.g. iShare)
- **Support **and **administration **of **internal events **and **workshops **with **virtual tools **(e.g. TeamUp, Slido etc.)
- **Concepts **for **visualization **and **MS PowerPoint **slide sets **for **internal communication **, **workshops **and selected **partner communication**:

- **Visualization **of **value proposition **and **basic artworks **/ **visuals **for **high-level messaging **with **image editing software**

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Hybrid work: Partially possible (max. 45% in Austria; max. 20% within the EU)

Duration: Min. 6 months

You successfully meet the requirements if you are an ambitious and committed student (f/m/div)* from the field of
