As part of a pension succession, we are currrently looking for:
**Commercial Employee in Customer Service (M/F/d)**:
**Your main responsibilities**:

- Quotation and order processing in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Preparation and drafting of contracts, as well as their renewals.
- Rental settlements and monitoring of incoming payments.
- Processing/control of cost announcements and their billing to the customer.
- Scheduling coordination with the customer.
- Support in complaint processing.
- Data maintenance and ensuring data quality in various IT systems.

**You are a good fit if you have**:

- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable.
- High customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Structured and independent way of working, reliability.
- Technical interest and affinity.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in a team and organizational talent.
- Communication skills.

In addition, we offer a gross minimum salary of EUR 2,700 (full-time, 38.5h/week) with the possibility of overpayment according to your qualifications and professional experience.
