As a** Finance Business Partner** (f/m/d) for **Palfinger AG** you are Business Partner to several Corporate Function Heads within Palfinger’s headquarter. You are responsible for all operative controlling-aspects and a key-role for developing controlling standards.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- All operative controlling-aspects of the Palfinger AG (Headquarter)
- Responsibility of Finance administration and organizational tasks as a supportive function within the Global Finance department of Palfinger AG
- Masterdata management
- Ensure efficient reporting process and high-quality, timely reporting according to IFRS group guidelines
- Collaborating with management to gather and analyze financial information and evaluating cost structures
- Ensure efficient financial closing process
- Monthly input of result-estimates, legal results and GPO-reporting

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- First years of experience as controller in an industrial environment
- Analytical, value-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent and structured working methods
- Experience in working with SAP S4/Hana
- God understanding of ICT tools and processes
- Excellent communication skills across departmental boundaries
- Own ideas, open mind set and a pragmatic working method with hands-on-approach
- Ability to put strategic thinking into operational practice, analytical thinking and sound understanding of complex business contexts
- Intrinsic motivation with ability to drive change and implementation
- Fluent in German and English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
