DIE ROLLE:
Als Technical Lead & Development Manager bei Sportradar bist du dafür verantwortlich, ein Team von EntwicklerInnen zu führen. Dazu hilfst du deinem Team sich konstant weiterzuentwicklen in dem du sie dabei unterstützt sich technisch, organisatorisch und persönlich weiterzuentwicklen. Gleichzeitig bist du noch immer „hands-on“, selbst ein Software-Engineer, der auch operativ weiß, wie man einen guten Code schreibt.

DIE HERAUSFORDERUNG:
- Verantwortung für die Performance eines EntwicklerInnen-Teams - dazu gehört das Management von bestehenden TeammitgliederInnen genauso wie das Recruiting von neuen MitarbeiterInnen.- Verantwortung für das Line-Management innerhalb des Teams. Dazu gehört, neben administrativen Aufgaben, vor allem auch eine Kultur des Miteinanders zu schaffen und zu erhalten, in dem das Team sich wohlfühlt, neue Ideen einbringen und aus seinen Fehlern lernen kann.- Mitglied im Führungsteam des „ad:s Tribe“ in dem aktive Mitsprache zu Themen wie:
- Security, Incident Management, DevOps, etc.-
- Recruiting-
- Roadmap Planung-
- Compliance-
- usw.erwartet wird.- Lokaler Kontakt für HR, Office Management und IT Helpdesk, um dein Team zu unterstützen und im selben Office bei Themen wie:
- Equipment und Devices-
- Zugang zu Software-
- Persönlichen Themen etc.zu helfen.

DEIN PROFIL:
Professionelle Voraussetzungen, die du haben solltest:
- Full-stack Entwicklungs-Erfahrung- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Teams und Lean Development- Wissen zu Microservices-Architektur und einer DevOps-orientierten Kultur- Gutes Verständnis für Test-Driven-Development- Erste Führungserfahrung (wenn auch nicht als direkter Line-Manager, dann zumindest in einer informellen Leadership-Rolle), vor allem im Bereich Recruiting, Performance Management und Teamentwicklung- Bereitschaft, unterschiedliche Stakeholder zu managen, Erwartungen zu setzen und konkrete Erfolge zu erzielen.

Dinge, die wir schätzen, die aber keine unbedingte Voraussetzung sind:
- Erfahrung mit der Programmiersprache Go (Golang)- Wissen zu JaveSript, vor allem mit React und/oder Vue, TypeScripe und Node.js- Optimierung und Skalierung von Microservices- Erfahrung mit Machine Learning- Erfahrung mit Amazon Web Services- Erfahrung mit Kubernetes

Zusätzlich zu deinen technischen Fähgikeiten wünschen wir uns, dass du folgende Eigenschaften besitzt:
- Ausgezeichnetes Englisch (Firmensprache und Haupt-Kommunikationssprache ist Englisch)- Du kannst dich schnell in neue Teams einbringen und dort auch schnell Wert schaffen- Du kannst innerhalb aber auch außerhalb deines Teams gut kommunizieren und hast auch Freude daran, dies zu tun- Du bist bereit, die Verantwortung für Entscheidungen zu übernehmen, egal ob du sie selbst getroffen hast oder sie in dem Team, für das du verantwortlich bist, getroffen wurden. In diesen Entscheidungen gelingt es dir, Risiken und Chancen zu balancieren.- Du arbeitest selbstständig, selbst-motiviert und zielorientert, auch ohne dass dein direkter Vorgesetzter dir ständig über die Schulter schaut.- Du kannst deine eigenen Prioritäten und die deines Teams managen und du schaffst es, deine Ziele zu erreichen - auch wenn die Voraussetzungen nicht immer perfekt sind- Du bist pro-aktiv und versuchst Prozesse auf das nächste Level zu heben und (Produkt)Verständnis innerhalb und außerhalb des Teams zu verbessern
