**Aufgaben**:

- Führung mit Weitblick: Sie führen, inspirieren und entwickeln ein interdisziplinäres Team aus Entwickler:innen, Tester:innen, Product Owner:innen und DevOps Engineers
- Strategische Produktentwicklung: Sie verantworten die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios im Backend-Bereich (Operational Backoffice und Technical Backoffice) und stellen sicher, dass unsere Lösungen technologisch führend und zukunftssicher sind
- Architektur-Visionär:in und Technologie-Scout: Mit einem Blick auf neue Technologien und Trends entwerfen Sie Makro-Architekturen für unsere Backend-Systeme und stellen sicher, dass sie skalierbar, resilient und wartbar sind
- Förderung von System-Engineering und DevOps-Prinzipien:

- Integration von System-Engineering-Expertise in die Backend-Entwicklung, um die Zuverlässigkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Leistung der Systeme zu gewährleisten
- Implementierung von DevOps-Praktiken zur Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit, Automatisierung und kontinuierlichen Bereitstellung in der Backend-Entwicklung
- Aufbau einer starken DevOps-Kultur innerhalb des Teams, die auf Automatisierung, Überwachung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung basiert
- Brückenbauer:in: Sie arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Projektmanagement und anderen In-House Abteilungen zusammen und stellen sicher, dass unsere Backend-Lösungen nahtlos in die Kundenprojekte integriert werden

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (TU, FH oder HTL) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und/oder System-Engineering
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams, idealerweise in einem agilen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Backend-Entwicklung (vorzugsweise mit Python) und Erfahrung in System-Engineering und/oder DevOps sind sehr wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (z.B. Scrum, Kanban), Projektmanagement sowie im Requirements Engineering
- Erfahrung mit gängigen Software-Architekturmethoden und gutes Verständnis für Systemdesign
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Durchsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative
- Team
- und Kooperationsbereitschaft
- Erfahrung mit folgendem Technologie-Stack wünschenswert: JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, GitLab, Linux, Postgres, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Icinga2, Prometheus, Puppet

Ein Gleitzeitkonto ermöglicht flexible Arbeitszeiten, Arbeit im Home Office ist teilweise möglich.
