As Account Manager US & Canada Specialist (M/F/d) you are responsible for the development and new acquisition of customers, support of your team and you would take over the following tasks for our Hilton Hotels Austria:

- The position is based in Vienna.
- Contribute to the optimal economic success of the hotels short term & long term
- Optimization of the portfolio to achieve the growth targets of the hotels
- Support & new customer acquisition of the assigned customer portfolio in all "Sales Managed" segments
- Management of the assigned customer portfolio
- International travel to USA and Canada
- Independent organization of sales trips & trade fairs as well as events significant to your market
- Constant observation of the market and the competition
- Stay "up to date" and know about new hotel openings, hotel renovations and local changes
- Co-responsibility of all promotional activities for the assigned area
- Co-responsible for smooth department and team operations
- Build strong internal business relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales.

Apart from your passion for the hotel industry and your team spirit, you bring the following with you:

- Adequate tourism education and several years of experience within Sales
- A strategic and prescient way of working, as well as strong analytical skills to identify and respond to competitive trends
- Target-oriented way of working
- Excellent time management and adherence to clear deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-confident and well-groomed appearance
- You are flexible and open for a new challenge
- You have excellent written and spoken
**German and English skills**

- High customer orientation & willingness to serve
- You would like to take on responsibility in the corresponding area of responsibility and show willingness to perform and a high level of self-motivation

Your monthly gross minimum salary (according to the collective agreement VZ for employees in the hotel and catering industry) is EUR 2,040.00 whereby we guarantee you an overpayment depending on your qualifications.
