**About the role**:
At **Cropster**, we are building market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to empower businesses throughout the coffee supply chain. Thousands of customers all over the world from farm to cup use our software products to make better coffee.

Are you able to persuade enthusiasts working in the coffee industry about solutions that will help them grow and better manage their businesses? As Cropster’s **Outbound Sales Professional for Cafe**, you will pitch our product line to cafes and roasteries in the European market. Your main focus will be our solution for retail and wholesale management of cafes, Cropster Cafe. Your goal is to excite potential customers and partners about our solution stack, assess their needs, educate them and convert them into qualified orders. As a key member of Cropster’s sales team, you will work externally with partners and customers across Europe. Internally, you will build a team with the Inbound Sales Organization and have interfaces with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management.

**What you'll do**:

- Researching the market for leads, influencers, decision-makers, partners, and scaling opportunities.
- Activating high annual contract value (ACV) key accounts, assessing their needs, negotiating implementation, and scheduling onboarding plans with decision-makers.
- Using the CRM system (Hubspot) to prioritize leads, track activities, and follow through on the pipeline from prospect through the order stage.
- Building and maintaining relationships with partners, e.g. through collaboration on leads, hosting events and developing the market.
- Being the face of Cropster on the market - Pitch and represent our product lines in conversations, lectures, and workshops.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success on buyer personas and leads, with Inbound Sales on conversions, and with the Product Team on customer feedback.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Experience and strong network in the (specialty) coffee market in Europe.
- A proven track record of working with cafes or wholesale roasteries.
- The drive to persuade people with a solution that will make their lives easier.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills in English.
- A customer-first mindset and doer mentality.
- The ability to prioritize leads by their needs, scope, scale, and ability to make the next step.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment.
- Willingness to travel (about 40%).

**That said, we’d be particularly delighted to hire someone with**:

- Experience in coffee wholesale, espresso machine service, or coffee education sector.
- Skills in speaking any other language.
