**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Förderung der beruflichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
- Koordination mit dem/der AbteilungsleiterIn bei der Umsetzung und Kontrolle der Abteilungsstrategien, um die Ziele effizient zu erreichen
- Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards in der Präsentation unseres Sortiments und im Kundenservice
- Professionelle Beratung der nationalen und internationalen Kundinnen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkaufsteam

**SIE BRINGEN MIT**
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in der Modebranche
- Starke Führungskompetenzen und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und unternehmerische Herangehensweise
- Tiefes Verständnis für Trends und Herausforderungen in der Branche
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office)
