- You are an experienced Leader who can coach, empower, engage and influence a team of co-workers and colleagues while communicating in an inspirational way with the IKEA tone of voice.
- You can drive the design and development of the experience & visualization of the IKEA offer in the local retail environment.
- You can secure exceptional quality in common solutions and organize for efficiency & effectiveness.
- You are super flexible and agile.
- You are passionate about creating an IKEA fit for the omnichannel-retailing reality and living the change process that comes with it.

Your knowledge, skills, and experience include:

- A design-based educational qualification and a solid background of working in a design-oriented role.
- A strong passion, curiosity, and understanding of home furnishing, customer´s living situation as well as their needs and frustrations in their everyday life.
- Broad knowledge of retail trends that influence home furnishing to gain insights to a more appealing product presentation
- Acting as an inspiring and motivating leader who can engage people fully in reaching goals, generating growth and long-term profitability.
- Challenging your team and yourself in order to strengthen the IKEA offer and exceed customer expectations.
- Understanding of the IKEA social and environmental commitments and know how you can contribute to sustainability.
- Communicating fluently in English. German skills is a plus.
- Leading by example, meaning that you always act and stand up for IKEA values.
- You can prioritize, delegate and make efficient decisions with speed and simplicity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as member of the Store Commercial Team and proactively contribute to the business plan, commercial strategy and commercial calendar process
- Contribute to the growth agenda through the specific knowledge and insights about Home furnishing, Life at home, Trends and customers shopping behavior
- Responsible for managing and coordinating people resources (Interior Designer, Visual Merchandiser & Graphics) and Budget.
- Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
- Using the richness of the IKEA product range to show many relevant, functional, beautiful, sustainable and affordable solutions in different distinct styles.
- Visualizing the uniqueness of the IKEA offer to distance us from the competition.
- Securing the use of the store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement commercial strategies throughout the store.

IKEA Vösendorf is the Austrian flagship store with more than 500 engaged co-workers. The store is unique with its location in one of the largest shopping malls in Europe with 16,5 Million visitors per year.

We are looking for a talented, ambitious, and experienced Manager and proud to share some highlights of your future working place IKEA Vösendorf with you:

- one of the top turnover & volume IKEA stores worldwide
- the TOP IKEA store in Austria, that grows not only online, but also physical
- responsible for 20% of the turnover of IKEA in Austria
- two more customer meetings points connected to the markets (1 Planning and Order Point, 1 Home Service Point)

For legal reasons we are obliged to indicate a minimum salary. For this fulltime position we offer you a MINIMUM monthly gross salary from € 3.800. For a perfect match, we are willing to pay significantly more depending on your experience and qualification with an All-In contractual agreement.
