**Ihre Aufgabe**:

- Administrative Tätigkeiten und Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft
- Vorbereitung und Versand von Angeboten
- Abwicklung von Projektabrechnungen
- Erstellung von Abteilungs-Präsentationen
- Laufende Verwaltung der Datenbanken
- Kontaktmanagement und Teamevents
- Compliance Checks und Lieferantenanlagen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau
- Idealerweise 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion (Immobilienbackground von Vorteil)
- Organisationstalent und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse
- Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Leistungsbereitschaft und Engagement
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
