**Delivery Manager für Cash Management (f/m/x)**:

- Our product stream “Cash Management / PVAS - Payments & Value Added Services” is the “heart of banking operations” providing state-of-the-art Cash Management solutions and delivering a superior customer experience. “PVAS” consists of 35 highly skilled and enthusiastic colleagues from Business and IT and works closely together with several international vendors and stakeholders.
- The IT Delivery Manager for “Cash Management / PVAS” is the partner for Cash Management and ensures together with the Scrum Master and the Product Owner from Business the effective setup and operating of the team, as well as the end-to-end IT delivery chain.#full-time

**Your role at RBI**:

- **Overall IT Services Responsibility**:Take ownership of IT services encompassing international/domestic payment systems, Cash pooling, Cash management billing solution, and Payment Tracker
- **Agile Leadership**:Foster a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement, guiding the team towards objectives while nurturing personal development and fulfillment
- **Value Creation and Business Collaboration**:Collaborate closely with business to create value-for our clients
- **Cost-Efficient Operations Management**:Ensure cost-efficient IT operations management, optimizing product delivery while maintaining high-performance standards and resilience
- **Driving Technology Renewal**:Lead technology renewal efforts, leveraging opportunities such as AI and Open Source to enhance product value delivery, ensuring competitiveness in the market

***Your core competencies**:

- Being capable of developing, cultivating and fostering a strong and highly skilled IT culture and team, guiding and inspiring all team members to foster a collaborative team environment
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and guiding teams to further improve the way of working
- Good understanding of the business domain of Cash Management
- Proven experience in delivering IT solutions, encompassing both innovation and IT operations perspective, ensuring a holistic approach throughout the solution's lifecycle for optimized value creation and cost management
- Being in tune with developments and trends in IT and Cash Management / digital banking
- High self-awareness, resilience, and adaptability to deliver the best service to our customers/ stakeholders
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, German is considered as a plus
