Technical Solution Manager

Share our mindgrowing culture in a valued, feel-good atmosphere. The Technical Solution Manager is a specific role within the solution level. You will be responsible for mid and long term high-level planning and execution of the development of the solution (Solution Roadmap).

**Your Tasks**:

- Develop the solution roadmap and capabilities
- Coordinate and align stakeholders (strategic PdM, customer projects, sales, senior management)
- Support the Agile Release Trains in delivering value
- Define and prioritize the Solution Backlog
- Define and deliver solution releases, together with the Chief Product Owners
- Coordinate escalations and re-prioritize with the affected CPOs
- Report the status of the planning and its execution to the Solution Manager
- Execute product risk management together with all the Solution team
- Ensure solution lifecycle maintenance and sustainable product support

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in a technical field of study - preferably with reference to computer science
- 3-5 years project or product management experience
- Basic software development skills (basic understanding of SW development process and SW architecture)
- Basic knowledge of Automotive System Architectures
- 2-5 years work experience in a scaled agile framework (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
- Excellent communication; presentation and negotiation skills
- Good command of English
