**_ (Junior) Brand and Customer Manager Oncology (M/F/d)_**:
**Responsibilities**
- Collaboration across franchises in the BU and cross-functionally as necessary across other teams within the company, and in the wider organisation
- Supporting the development and execution of comprehensive (launch) marketing strategies, marketing plans and campaigns that promote our products and services, while also working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the company's goals and values
- Driving marketing projects including analysis, strategy and business plan development
- Supporting BUD/Franchise Lead/ Commercial Operations led strategic initiatives as well as other cross-functional initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Developing and implementing social media and omnichannel content marketing campaigns in collaboration with Franchise Lead, Sen. BCM & campaign managers to engage with target audiences (based on data driven insights)
- Collaborating with sales teams to develop effective sales collateral, presentations and other OCE materials (digital, print & event material) that support the sales process
- Monitoring industry trends, competitive activities, and new product launches
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, agencies and key opinion leaders

**Qualifications & Experience**
- University Degree or above, preferably in business or life sciences (e.g. marketing, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine)
- Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory compliance, and marketing guidelines
- Ability to navigate in a science-driven, quickly developing environment
- Demonstrated ability to understand & learn science and translate it into messages
- Ability to develop and manage professional relationships, networking & to navigate within matrix organization
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics to inform strategy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages and content
- Strong Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Affinity to for agile working principles
- Strong Analytical mindset and ability to handle complex data sets
- German & English proficiencies
- Strong MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) expertise
