**Job Description**:
In der kontinuierlichen Verbraucherforschung erheben und analysieren wir das Kauf
- und Konsumverhalten von Verbrauchern. So erhalten wir wichtige Informationen, bspw. zu Markenbindung, Preisen oder Zielgruppen (Shopper Insights), die wir unseren Kunden aus Handel und Industrie zur Verfügung stellen, damit diese ihre Marketingentscheidungen absichern können. Die Informationen werden in Form von Reports und persönlichen Präsentationen beim Kunden vermittelt.
Als Client Manager (m/w) im Europanel Retail Team sind Sie für die Betreuung und Beratung internationaler Handelskunden verantwortlich.
Im Einzelnen umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Umsetzung der Key Account Strategie
- Eigenständige Betreuung und Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen
- Erstellung von Angeboten für unsere Kunden auf Basis vorliegender Ratecards und in Abstimmung mit den lokalen Country-Teams
- Erstellung von Konzeptvorschlägen sowie Beratung des Kunden bzgl. der richtigen Analyseauswahl
- Möglichkeiten der Wertschöpfung identifizieren und diese dem Kunden zu dessen Nutzen verkaufen
- Erstellung von Kundenplänen, inkl. Potenziale, Financials und Maßnahmen, um Kunden weiterzuentwickeln
- Abstimmung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Shopper-Teams, insbesondere Country Retail-Teams und zentralen Funktionen von Europanel
- Erstellung von Präsentationcharts im Rahmen von kundenindividuellen Präsentationen und Erstellen von Zusammenfassungen sowie Handlungsempfehlungen
- Analyse der Risiken und Potentiale mit Hilfe unserer vielen Tools
Ihr Profil: Sie sind eine kommunikations
- und kontaktstarke Persönlichkeit, die ein Gespür für Handel und Shopper besitzt und dabei kundenorientiert denkt und handelt. Sie besitzen hohe analytische und Lernfähigkeiten, denken strategisch und haben Spaß daran effiziente Prozesse mitzugestalten.
Sie sind engagiert, denken analytisch und möchten ihren eigenen Verantwortungsbereich proaktiv gestalten. In der Beratung von Kunden überzeugen Sie durch Ihr gewinnendes und überzeugendes Auftreten sowie durch Ihr schnelles, kreatives und analytisches Denken und Handeln. Sie sind sehr kontaktfreudig und knüpfen starke Netzwerke, die Ihnen bei der Arbeit mit dem Kunden von großem Nutzen sind. Des Weiteren besitzen Sie die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Informationsquellen zu verknüpfen und daraus strategische Empfehlungen abzuleiten. Ebenso können Sie komplexe Zusammenhänge und Analysen klar strukturieren. Den täglichen Herausforderungen begegnen Sie daher stets lösungsorientiert und flexibel.
Folgende fachliche Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise im wirtschafts-/sozialwissenschaftlichen Bereich, Schwerpunkt Marketing wünschenswert
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Consulting, Marketing/Vertrieb oder Marktforschung
- Erfahrung in der Konsumenten-Panelforschung und im Category Management
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Lebensmitteleinzelhandels
- Englisch und Deutsch verhandlungssicher, zusätliche Sprachkompetenzen von Vorteil
- Fortgeschrittener MS Office-Anwender
- Ausgeprägte analytische Skills
- Gute Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung mit GfK AnalyzeIT & SimIT bzw. Kantar WPO & MyWP wünschenswert
