**The role**:
We are looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our audvice Sales Team This role reports directly to our CEO Sophie.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You drive audvice's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.
- You are constantly expanding your network to make potential customers aware of our product.
- You proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- You know exactly what added value our SaaS solution brings and know all the features and benefits for the customer off the top of your head.
- You are the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- You identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
- You manage all prospective clients and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached
- You work closely and cross-functionally with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Customer Success.
- You establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
- You reconnect with cold leads to help continuously build the pipeline.
- You identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook

**Who we're looking for**:

- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting / enterprise software sales experience, ideally in Software as a Service.
- You are authentic, have the ability to develop rapport quickly and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
- You feel at home in sales, prospecting and marketing tools and processes
- You’re a highly organized person who can handle multiple prospects with ease
- You have excellent communication skills and can quickly inspire your counterpart
- Your working style is characterised by initiative, enthusiasm and curiosity
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software
- Native level German and fluent English spoken & written
