The Quality and Safety in Imaging GmbH (QSI) is an affiliate of the European Society of Radiology (ESR), which represents the medical speciality of radiology in Europe and organises the biggest congress in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR). QSI has been created to support the implementation and use of ESR’s guidelines, eHealth tools and clinical IT solutions. QSI’s activities are currently focused on the ESR’s imaging referral guidelines embedded in the clinical decision support platform ESR iGuide.

Tasks

**What we are looking for**:
**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in the EMEA region
- Work with customers to develop and manage their implementation plan and timeline
- Customise product configuration/set-up to meet the needs of the customer
- Identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation
- Over time independently manage clinical IT implementation projects
- Work closely with other areas, including product development and sales, to ensure customer needs are met
- Work with the implementation team to continue to improve implementation tools and process
- Provide administrative support to management

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Strong IT skills (proficiency with Excel; experience working with content management systems and databases)
- Experience with project management
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Detail-oriented and ability to meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Experience in the healthcare IT sector, especially experience with electronic patient records or hospital information systems
- Command of additional languages is an advantage

The monthly gross full-time salary for this job vacancy is at least € 2,854 (14 times per year) with the willingness to overpay, depending on qualification and experience.
