In unserem Headoffice in der Wiener Innenstadt versuchen wir unsere Kolleg/innen an all unseren Standorten bestmöglich zu unterstützen. Wir stehen nicht nur gegenüber unseren Kund/innen für allumfassende, innovative Produkte, sondern leben auch untereinander eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung.
**WAS SIE ERWARTEN**:
- Produktkalkulation (auf Basis von Material
- und Personalkosten)
- Materialkostenerhebung von nationalen sowie internationalen Veranstaltungen sowie Reporting an das Management
- Erstellung von Warenbedarfsermittlungen & Produktionsplanungsberichten
- Laufende Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung der Kalkulations
- und Planungsprozesse
- Definieren von internen und zwischenbetrieblichen Supply Chain-Abläufen und Unterstützung bei der technischen Umsetzung
- Dokumentation & Verwaltung von Produktspezifikationen
- Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Einkauf, Produktion, Vertrieb und Controlling
**WAS SIE MITBRINGEN**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium (WU, FH)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse - speziell MS Excel - Datenbank
- und ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Analytisches, Lösungsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken & Handeln
- Kenntnisse der Gastronomiebranche von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft für internationale Dienstreisen - je nach Verantwortungsbereich zwischen 10-30%

Das Mindestentgelt für diese Stelle beträgt monatlich **€ 2.900;
- brutto** (All In) für 40 Stunden/Woche. Abhängig von Ihren Qualifikationen und Ihrer beruflichen Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
