- As an End-2-End Business Analyst, your responsibility is to place the End-2-End Process at the core of change initiatives and ensure the success of business requirements through stakeholder engagement and analysis. You will:- support projects by analyzing business requirements in collaboration with business partners
- facilitate a shared understanding of business requirements, design solutions following best practices, and collaborate with both external partners and internal departments, always with the End-Customer/User in mind
- be interested in budgeting of projects and operational costs as elaborating of contracts regarding cooperation with external companies together with our legal support
- be part of a dynamic team, working alongside business analysts, and decision-makers to create solutions and gain valuable insights
- use tools like Jira/Confluence for ticket management and documentation and actively contribute to Scrum or Kanban meetings and retrospectives- You will check these boxes:
- Strong analytical thinking and a technical background, ideally with a completed technical degree
- A wide range of methodologies and a comprehensive toolset for requirements engineering, along with experience in state-of-the-art technologies (Microservices, PaaS, SOA,) and agile software delivery methods
- Have a proven track-record working in IT or a related field and have an interest in project budgeting and operational cost estimation
- Good communication skills in German and English (verbal and written)
