- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the implementation of end-to-end IT process solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders (M/F/d) to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiatives
- Design and implement solutions using SAP and other IT tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency throughout the value chain
- Integrate and manage document management systems to ensure accurate and timely access to critical information
- Provide support and training to users on new IT solutions and processes
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights, and support decision-making through defining reporting standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Active project management on global process roll-outs

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven track record in SAP, document management, process management, or business consulting
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus

**Salary package and benefits**: The collective minimum monthly salary for this position is € 4.340,22 (monthly gross salary, 14 x per year). Willingness to overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
