Global People Technology Manager

Mölnlycke is looking for a **Global People Technology Manager (Success Factors)** **(M/F/d) **to join the global People Technology & Analytics team. You will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and management of the SuccessFactors and other HR platforms. You will be instrumental in aligning the platform’s strategy with the business and business objectives, leading systems implementations, improving user experience and adoption.
**Location**: fully remote within Europe
**What you’ll do**
- Execute the product strategy and roadmap for SuccessFactors to ensure alignment with organizational HR and business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring proper configuration to meet business requirements and improve People processes.
- Drive user adoption through training, communication, and support, while ensuring the platform provides a seamless and efficient user experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues in people, IT, Global Business Services (GBS) and other key stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure the platform meets cross-functional needs.
- Monitor system performance, evaluate new features or updates, and lead initiatives to enhance the platform’s functionality and effectiveness.
- Track platform performance, usage metrics, and feedback to assess the effectiveness of the system and inform future improvements.
- Manage relationships with SAP and any other external vendors/consultants, ensuring service delivery, timely updates, and issue resolution.
**What you’ll need**
- University Degree in Human Resources / Technology or equivalent experience in HRIT
- 5+ years of experience building, leading HRIS, People Analytics and HR Digitalization projects
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation & VarPay, Performance)
- Successfully developed and executed a strategic roadmap for SuccessFactors
- Sound understanding and experience of HR processes and HR ways of working
- Project Management experience of delivering end to end People Tech projects
- Strong skills in engaging with HR, IT, and other stakeholders
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
- Experience in working with external vendors and consultants, including negotiating contracts and overseeing service delivery
- Clear customer and user experience mindset - simplifying through technology
- Skilled in culture differences and communicating across a global business
- Business fluent English language skills and based in Europe
