Join the department SWIFT Services (SWS) and be one of the leading technical experts for SWIFT Infrastructure within Erste Group. We cover the implementation of solutions with responsibilities over the whole project lifecycle (solutions analysis, architecture and design, implementation, testing phases etc.) and handle operational tasks related to the systems in its area of competence.

SWS is looking for the best Technical Analyst SWIFT (all genders) on the market to strengthen the existing team.

**A day in your new role**:

- Maintain and configure SWIFT infrastructure components, primarily the SWIFT messaging interface (BMH) for instance SWIFT routing changes for different banks
- Solution analysis of new SWIFT requirements from business
- Alignment and effort estimation of requirements with technical specialist
- Support of testing (developer tests, customer test, acceptance tests)
- Support of the solution manager regarding technical requests (firewall, encryption)
- Communicate with external vendors of SWIFT components in case of troubleshooting, change requests, maintenance, etc.
- Manage communication with management, vendors, production management in case of major incidents
- Attend vendor meetings and be responsible for research of already used or new SWIFT components in order to optimize (costs, quality, usability, etc.) SWIFT operations for our customers
- Create and update technical documentation

**You've built your career around**:

- Preferably have several years knowledge about SWIFT, SWIFT Services (FIN, InterAct, FileAct) and SWIFT Network
- Profound knowledge with zLinux, IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM MQ (Client)
- Connecting to people and being a teamplayer
- Independent work and having a customer-oriented approach
- Managing communication, especially in difficult situations like major incidents
- Proficiency in English, additional (CEE-) languages are an advantage
