**Group Physical Security Manager (f/m/x)**:

- The Group Physical Security Management department controls physical security in the RBI Group. The protection of people, assets, buildings and information is perceived as a governance function for the entire RBI Group. At the Austrian locations, the coordination and management of the operational implementation of selected topics is one of the areas of responsibility.
- Your employment may start as soon as possible and will be for an unlimited period of time.**What you can expect**:

- Further development of the group-wide strategy for physical security
- Coordination on further development of the local (AT) strategy for physical security with the local facility management
- Continued development of the governance structure, processes and methods
- Definition of minimum standards and creation/maintenance of guidelines in the RBI Group
- Coordination of the Physical Security Competence Center
- Creation of risk analyzes and security concepts for buildings, events, etc.
- Cooperation and coordination with other security areas and stakeholders; e.g. operational risk management, ICT, insurance, audit, etc.
- Being the contact person for different authorities including executives, DSN (Direktion Staatsschutz und Nachrichtendienst), etc.
- Travel activities in the countries served by the RBI Group

**What you bring to the table**:

- Completed higher education in the field of security and/or risk management
- Relevant work experience
- Excellent command of German and English
- High ability to work in a team as well as to work independently
- Very good MS Office skills
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills as well as a high degree of goal and solution orientation
- Proactivity, engagement, and eagerness to learn
